It was a disappointing outing for our Melbourne University (2), who came off second best against Greenvale Kangaroos Blue in a disappointing result.
Greenvale Kangaroos Blue batted first and made 3/246 from 33 overs. A century to Sehaj kaur Dhaliwal for the visitors: 100. With the ball, Jyotsna Koduru did the damage, claiming two for 21 off three overs.
Chasing 247, we reached 5/155 from 33 overs. Chelsea De Silva's 36 off 50 balls was the highlight with the bat.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
Chins up, everyone.
