It just wasn't our day: our Melbourne University (2) went under to Youlden Parkville 1 on a tough day.
Youlden Parkville 1 batted first and reached 5/171 from 26 overs. Fifty for Marion Stonehouse, who made 66 for the hosts.
Chasing 172, we reached 6/99 from 26 overs. Zara Ford made a valuable 21 off 45 balls.
Plenty to take out of this one.
A tough stretch, and one the side will be determined to end. The team will be keen to bounce back.
