The Melbourne University Women's were bested by Westmeadows Women's in a disappointing result.
The final scores were Melbourne University Women's 6/24, Westmeadows Women's 2/136. Zoe Hainsworth made a quality 64 not out for the visitors, a well-deserved half-century. Shaivi Desai added 30 for our opponents.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with. The team will be keen to turn things around after three straight losses. Thanks to the visitors for the contest.
