It was smiles all round as our Melbourne University 2nd XI defeated Greenvale Kangaroos 2nd XI for a brilliant result.
Greenvale Kangaroos 2nd XI made 10/228, and we made 1/231. A century to Tom Mileto, who made 129 not out off 182 balls with seventeen fours. Connor Hastings's 56 off 140 balls was a half-century to remember.
Brodie O'Donnell bowled well to finish with three for 48. Armann Singh posted 65 for our opponents, a polished fifty.
A brilliant result for the side. Congratulations to all involved.
